Dr. Cerrati received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. In New York City, he worked with some of the most prominent facial plastic surgeons in the world, including his primary mentor Dr. David Rosenberg. Dr. Cerrati also spent a significant amount of time during these years working with Dr. Milton Waner, the founder of the Vascular Birthmark Institute of New York. This experience provided him with unique training in pediatric facial plastic surgery addressing the rarest congenital anomalies. Following residency, Dr. Cerrati completed one of the most prestigious fellowships in the country at the Facial Plastic Surgery Center in Chicago, under the guidance of Dr. Regan Thomas, Dr. Dean Toriumi, and Dr. Steven Dayan.
