Dr. Krishan Ramdoo

Dr. Krishan Ramdoo, MD, PhD, is the CEO and Founder of Tympa Health, a London-based start-up that created the world’s first all-in-one hearing health assessment system — a smartphone-enabled tool capable of aural micro-suction, screening audiometry and otoscopy.

Dr. Ramdoo is both a GP trainee and a PhD candidate. After starting his medical career at Oxford University hospitals, he became a Ear, Nose and Throat surgeon in London, and then registered his PhD at University College of London. From there he became keenly aware of the impact of hearing loss and the limitations of the current care system.

Coupled with his education and background, Dr. Krishan Ramdoo’s determination to change the landscape of ear and hearing health services culminated in the birth of Tympa.Today, Dr. Ramdoo is actively involved in the community as an international speaker, researcher, educator, and clinical entrepreneur committed to helping communities more easily achieve ear and hearing health.
