Robert Glazer’s career has been defined by exceptional accomplishments and leadership roles. With more than two decades of experience as the Chief Executive Officer at ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP, he demonstrated his prowess in overseeing critical areas such as physician recruitment, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning. His visionary thinking and innovative approaches have played a pivotal role in shaping the success of numerous healthcare practices.

Mr. Glazer’s unwavering commitment to leveraging his extensive expertise extends to integrating essential services aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare organizations. These encompass a wide spectrum of functions, including back-office management, billing and revenue cycle management, marketing and physician relations, IT and electronic health records, as well as compliance and regulatory affairs.
Before his tenure at ENTA, Bob Glazer dedicated nine years of his career to NYUMC and another eight years to CPMC, amassing valuable experience that would later enrich his leadership at ENTA. In 2019, he founded Quality Medical Management Services USA (QMMS USA), a healthcare consultancy firm specializing in medical staff operations.

Furthermore, Bob spearheaded the establishment of OASIS (Otolaryngology/Allergy Specialty Insurance Services) in 2008, a self-funded and self-insured Medical Malpractice Captive. From its inception with 80 insured physicians, OASIS has since grown to encompass over 160 physicians.
