About Dr. Leslie Appiah
Dr. Leslie Appiah, MD, is a distinguished physician specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She received her medical degree from University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas Southwestern Medical School in 2000, followed by a residency at the Sinai Hospital of Baltimore Program. She then pursued fellowships at the Building Interdisciplinary Research Careers in Women’s Health and Texas Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Appiah is passionate about the reproductive health of young girls and women. Her clinical and research interests include fertility preservation in pediatric, adolescent and young adult (AYA) cancer, reproductive late effects in cancer survivorship and hormone replacement therapy in the medically complex patient.
