About Dr. David Prologo

Dr. David Prologo, MD, FSIR, ABOM-D, is a uniquely double board-certified interventional radiologist and obesity medicine specialist. He has spent his entire career working from the perspective of the patient to develop compassionate, out-of the-box solutions for those who suffer with complicated pain syndromes, struggle to lose weight, or have difficulty navigating the healthcare system.

After completing medical school at Ohio State University in 2001, Dr. Prologo completed his post graduate training at University Hospitals Case Medical Center where he served as chief resident. He then went on to ​a Vascular and Interventional Radiology Fellowship Training at Metrohealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. During the subsequent years he completed ​his Obesity Medicine training and certification – then began a uniquely impactful trajectory of academic research and clinical practice.

He has served on numerous national and international committees, as an invited editor for multiple peer-reviewed journals, a council member for the true health initiative, and has published several scientific papers. Dr. Prologo currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife, two children, and two dogs.
