About Dr. Jeffrey Chick
Dr. Jeffrey Forris Beecham Chick serves as an Associate Professor, Associate Section Chief (Vascular and Interventional Radiology Clinical Director), Deputy Program Director of Interventional Radiology Residency Programs, Director of Clinical Research, and Director of The Deep Vein Institute at the University of Washington. He completed his Diagnostic Radiology residency at Harvard University (Brigham and Women’s Hospital) and his fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the University of Pennsylvania. He is board certified in both Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology. He is a Fellow of the Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe, Society for Vascular Medicine, and the American College of Chest Physicians. He has presented nationally and internationally and authored >215 peer-reviewed articles on topics including:
Venous disease, venous thromboembolic disease (VTE), deep vein thrombosis (DVT), thrombectomy, and stent reconstruction.
Lymphatic imaging and interventions.
Interventional Radiology-operated endoscopy.
Social media and burnout in Interventional Radiology.
Dr. Chick is a world expert in deep vein thrombosis (DVT), endovascular thrombectomy, and venous stent reconstruction. He sees patients at the University of Washington Medical Center (UWMC) Montlake, Harborview, and Northwest campuses in Seattle.
